Easy 4 miles at 8/min pace to loosen up a bit. I crossed over my sleep schedule because of only getting 4.5 hours yesterday. I know this playing hell with my cortisol levels but what can I do you know? Made up for it last night by falling asleep rather early and slept in for 11 hrs! Now I feel like Rip Van Winkle however minus the grog of course.. :) |
