Easy 10 miles this morning up 7th and 9400s.  Felt dull and achy around the ankle and now it's pulling on the lower calf muscle more.  It became so tight and sore by the time I got into work I was limping.  After talking to some friends at work I think it's time to pull the bike out.  Maybe I'll take it out to the copper mine and back.  Who knows it may be the best thing for me right now.

Steve I'm sorry for your pain. I now it's tough and you trained hard. My advice is do what I'm doing for now, run for fun and not train.

Get the experience of joy in running by taking it easy rather than train through an injury. I think God gives phases in our lives where sometimes we need to move on to another stage/phase. That's what I've found.

Hey Steve. I'm trying to find your number and can't.I'm home from my trip now so give me a call.

Sorry about the calf thing.

Hey Steve, I keep threatening to pull my bike down too but haven't got up the nerve yet. Good luck, hope it's not to bad.
