Another toasty 90 plus degree run up Dimple Dell road and down through the dry creek and back.   Pushed very hard for the last 4 miles.  Came home with those last 4 feeling like puke.  Felt like someone hit me across the chest it was so warm which made it hard to breathe on the last mile.  Afterwards I  drank a large slurpee, two large glasses of Orange juice and two glasses of water and still felt like I was a quart low!

15 miles total on rollers and dirt.

Went to church afterwards. Our discussion in priesthood meeting was the importance of temples and how to  show our appreciation and dedication to them.   It has been along time since I have been there but I still see them dot the hills on my drive to work.  They still remind me of where we came from where we will be again when the time comes.

This weather is taking a toll on all of us. Good work on getting those miles in. How are you feeling about DesNews on Friday?

Hi Maurine! I'm not sure how I feel about it yet to tell you the truth. We'll see I guess. How are you doing lately?
