AM-Easy to medium 12 miles up through Dimple Dell. 75 F. First 6 at 7-/8/min pace easy. Last 6 at 6-6:45 progression. Big nap then off to school. PM-Easy 8 miles. TM. 6:45-8/min pace. Trying to get as many miles as I can in the bank this summer. Might as well as I have the time now.
