AM-Easy 8 miles this morning. Most at 7-7:30/mile with most around 7:20 or so. One 5:43/mile thrown in the middle.  7th east out and back.

PM-Easy-medium 6 miles.  Tot time 40:05 with the last mile around 5:20-30ish.  Felt stinkin great even with the heat.
