AM-Easy 6 miles this morning at 7:30-8/min pace.  7th east out and back.  Backloaded a few more hours of sleep tonight after getting 9 hours yesterday morning/afternoon. Graveyard shifts are so much fun.. Not..  Good news is that my legs feel ok and my resting heart rate is already back down to 44 bpm this morning.

PM-Easy 7.5 miles out to JRT and back.  Out at 7min/mi pace and back in 6:30-6:45/mi range.   No long run today, I already have a solid fifteen and twelve miler in the bank this week.  Besides I think 90 is a pretty cool number :)

Barry- Me too, anytime buddy. Good luck on finding a job soon also.

Steve- Thanks, and I don't think your very far behind if I'm not mistaken. Lots of fast talented guys out there and I have never broken 60 sec for 400m so I need to run high mileage for strength.
