AM-Easy 5 miles.  6:30-7/min pace with some pickups at the end.  I think my daughter is going to come through for me on the babysitting issue.  Yeah!  One less thing to worry about today.   Took an electronic technicians exam today for a major company.  Almost passed it! The good news is that I know where I was weak and I will pass next time for sure.  This is a really good career position and would make me feel rich in comparison to jobs in the past.  Just gotta study more..

PM-Easy 5 miles this evening to get rid of some boredom. 7:30/mile pace.

No worries, My blog is not that exciting anyway. As far as racing is concerned.. I had a pretty bad case of plantar fasciitis and it took 9 months to get over. Finally I stopped running for 2 months. Now I think that I am going to stick to 5k's for a little while. I am a little scared to increase the mileage right now. I should be ready in a few months .But it feels great to run without pain!!!

You can learn a lot from those exams - and it sounds like you are making progress.
