PM-Easy-medium 5 miles this afternoon.  6:30-6:40ish/mile. 7th east up to the gas station and back the long way.   Weighed in and noticed I had lost a few pounds since last month, I need to eat more now thats for sure.  Eggs and toast in the morning just don't fill the gas tank enough now:)

From steve ash on Fri, Sep 17, 2010 at 10:15:22 from 64.134.220.82

Thanks everyone, I should say that 6:30 pace is really more like medium pace I guess. Nice to hear from you again Mike I was wondering what happened to you buddy. Back on the road again now?

From mike mcclellan on Fri, Sep 17, 2010 at 14:29:03 from 75.120.224.55

Yea, Back on the road. My first attempt at a 50 miler back in March left me with ankle problems and a severe case of the post race let downs. Ya know what I mean?

From steve ash on Sat, Sep 18, 2010 at 12:34:00 from 64.134.236.67

Oh yes, do I ever know what you mean but I'm glad to hear that you have rebounded from it and are ready to do battle again.
