AM-Easy 10 miles at 6:30-7/min pace . TM. Too early.
PM- 2.4 miles easy to work. Had to because of transportation issues. I shouldn't get too frustrated because the dang thing has more miles than the Starship Enterprise.

I hate it when you "real" runners say you ran 10 Easy miles at 6:30 pace....Ha Ha... Just Kidding... Hi Steve Ash, Just checked out you're Blog and noticed we're on about the same milage track...but obviously not on the same pace...Keep up the good work. I love Isaiah 40:30-31...!

Thanks guys, The jury is still out on some days to label 6:30/mile pace as easy though. Loved that scripture ever since I saw Chariots of Fire with my Dad when I was a kid.
