AM-7 mile with long fartlek surges at AT pace. Surprised at how well I seem to be bouncing back.

PM-6 miles easy-medium at 6-6:40/mi. Nice run even with the wind blowing everywhere.

Nice miles so soon. I'm still pretty sore from one week ago. I hope to run it out this week. It will be run running the relay. The one in Arizona was a blast and this one shoud be just as fun. Yes I'm planning on running St. George. I don't think I'd feel good living here and not running it. Plus it's a great place for me to break 2:30.

Steve and Clyde,

You guys will love WBR. We have a fun team and I think we can give some teams a run for their money. The only problem with these relays is that it ends up being the tpoic of most of your conversations for the next year. I am sure everyone is sick to death of hearing about our last years Ultra team, but we still talk about it almost every run. So beware!
