AM-4 miles of easy running on the treadmill at 60-65% mhr 7:30-8/min/mile pace.

PM-Out to the Jordan River temple and past it for a change of pace tonight. Stopped for a while to see the interesting stained glass and design. Beautiful design all around. Turned around at Merit medical and headed for home.  10 miles at 6:40/mile average.

On another another note, as I turned in for the final sprint I suddenly became airborne and landed flat on my back knocking my head while getting a nice pain in the rear! ICE! And out of nowhere to boot. I think when we get to Arizona I may just literally run away and stay there!

Dark Horse out..... Ouch.

Ouch indeed. Hope you're ok.

Nice run. It's good to see you taking in some slow miles to build your endurance even more. I'm sorry about the fall. With the weather in Arizona it will make you want to stay there for the rest of winter. But spring is coming soon!

Don't go and get yourself injured too...we need to keep the Del Sol team together and healthy for another week.

Hope you are ok.

Darkhorse, we are in trouble if the darkhorse can't see in the dark. There have been so many ice biffs for the bloggers this year, lost count.

Stay Kool, and on the ground, B of BS Rools out
