AM-4 miles easy/8 min pace.  Dark at 3 am.  7th and 80th.  60-70% mhr.

PM-6 miles easy. 7:30-8/min.  What a difference, sunny and 70 plus degrees.  Dimple Dell trail. 65%-70% mhr.  AI stretching of various trouble spots.

 

Maybe I'll keep track of diet now for a while.

That's a nice balanced diet you have going for you. I usually eat a lot of oatmeal/cereal and oranges myself. I really haven't found what could be the best to eat for lunch, but I try various foods.

I'm tired of my body chemistry being one of my worst enemies, I can't control my work schedule but I sure can take charge of my diet and sleep. Just say no to TV and chocolate donuts at night. I'm taking lessons out the top Kenyan runners lifestyle habits.

For instance, I looked at the top Kenyan marathoner at SLC and he was leaner than I was! Legs that looked like broomsticks..
