| Well today I turned 35. It is amazing how quickly time goes by and that it is anything but constant. It really does seem like each year is faster and I am honestly blending this December with last. I just cannot believe it has been a whole year. AM: In very early into work but took a mid-campus commute. Mi 4 Avg. 9:23 HR 164? PM: Since today is also my daughter's birthday we spent the evening as a family at the zoo to see the Christmas lights, the nocturnal animals out and about, and Santa. After cupcakes went on a stadium loop with John. Mi 5 Avg. 8:46 HR 127! what a contrast in HR from this morning.

| Well this week has not turned out to plan. But it is what it is and the world keeps spinning. Did a Suicide Loop and it was much colder than the 27F the iPhone told me. But it was still enjoyable. I am glad I got it in. |

| With the errands yesterday morning I had to make up some time and worked this morning. Then after lunch want for a Memory Grove loop from home. Shorts and t-shirt again.
