| In to work early, full 12 hr day. Then did an evening run after a little time with the family. Saw a deer by one of the ponds at dusk, it looked nice.

| Up before my alarm but got back to sleep. When the alarm did go off I only wanted to go back to sleep but luckily was meeting with the group so got up. There were three of us this morning and it was about perfect running weather, mid- / low-50s.

| So it goes. Still having the feeling of two items put on my pile for everyone taken off. I hope that after Oct 5th things will slow down but really that will just be my start to take care of the things I thought I'd be doing this month... Did do the family run this morning before I started working. My youngest even ran a full mile with us.
