Still not sure what to make of the foot. The sharp pain has definitely been fewer and far between. Only one time yesterday and none during today's run in. I want it to be completely gone for a few days before I try to start training again. Avg. 9:50

| Well I guess there wasn't enough rest. Not sure if it was the surges last night or just me not paying close enough attention prior to that but the foot was definitely more sore on my run into work this morning. Maybe another week of no "pushes" and nothing over 7mi. It doesn't appear that the mileage is a problem and just intensity.
