| Was planning on meeting up with John, but sleep won out for him and I was solo this AM. It was nice weather for running and except for the mouth of Parley's was warm. Took it easy and just tested out the legs after yesterday's race. Overall, very happy with the feel. Southerly loop... Avg. 7:59 HR 143

| The talk yesterday went well but it was a long day. From the symposium straight to a dinner that home... I hardly had computer access for yesterday and came in to >60 e-mails. I don't know how the bigwigs do it as I'm sure my boss gets >150 e-mails a day... Although I have to admit ~90% of them never have to be opened. A&W commute run. Avg. 8:16
