Well I got that review article back in my bosses hands a little after 1:30am this morning. Total it is just under 8,000 words and I read at least the abstracts of over 100 other papers. It was a good learning experience. It is a summary of how obesity affects the heart. Specifically, Lipotoxicity of Heart. I'm sure there will be at least one more round of edits before the Sunday due date but it is shaping up. Unfortunately Kristen did not get the memo that it was going to be a hard night and after two nights of sleeping through the night she was up twice in the 5 hr I did try and sleep. So a slugged through the day. Overall, things are coming alone, a talk and poster by Mon and two more abstract by next Friday then back to "normal", whatever that is...
After the girls bedtime I headed out for my home loop. I pushed the pace a little but my knee was feeling the fatigue of the day before so I didn't push it too hard. Avg. 7:13 HR 156

You're such a hard worker, yet so dedicated to your family. You're a great example to all of us. It's a fine balance, but I think you are cracking the code.

You are doing great. Keep at it.

Could you strap her in her snuggly and take the sleep interruption as a time to keep on typing? Just a thought.

Love you!

Thanks Michelle. I try. Sorry to see that you struggle on. The four weeks off will be hard but hope it does the trick.

Mom thank you. Things are moving along. Sandra takes care of most of the Kristen awake time so it isn't as bad on me. It is more so just the interrupted sleep when you are only getting 5-6 hr to begin with, I know 5-6 is all you ever get :)... I hope all is well.

Sandra is fantastic. You too.

I just figured that Kristen was up for so long that it you were taking your turn. Maybe with the day being nice, she'll get enough fresh air to sleep tonight. I know I will.
