My head is still betraying me and I've had such focus issues at work the last week and a half. Friends have come out of the woodwork though and that has helped. Also, the muscle soreness of the PT is a perverse kind a comfort. It is nice to feel my body working again. Now if my mind would get back in place...

Back, mind! Back in place! Behave, I say!

Thanks for the laugh. It sure does help!

Don't forget to drink lots. It helps me. Water that is!

You the disciplined scientist? Maybe some stress is all but I know what you mean though.. I feel like I have a massive case of ADD. I'm having a rough time with math at school lately. Bad sleeping/work schedule I think.

Steve, I'm just glad you are taking the classes. I still vividly remember my turning point with math. It has now become my friend. I hope the same comes true for you. Are you running Saturday? I'm hoping to make it out to cheer. Running has been sad, I will not deny it. I ran with my family on Saturday and paid for it the next 36 hr... I'm torn with continuing to blog about my lack of recovery...

How's it going Adam? Obviously not running. Is there any progress to report? Hope you are well.

I'm guessing you're in Illinois with your family this week. Is the weather any good for running back there? It went instantly from winter to summer here!!

From Adam RW on Wed, Jun 23, 2010 at 09:28:45 from 155.101.152.103

First, I want to thank you for checking on me while I've been off pouting in the corner.

Second, I do not think I am "back" however, I think that I should blog again.

I will see how it goes...
