Up early to be home in time to make breakfast for the family. I combined portions of three different runs including MM 2-10.5. I could tell the air quality still wasn't great but I pushed the pace a little and did two miles mixed in faster. Didn't see a whole lot of people but did run into Robin and some of your friends and spoke with her briefly. Overall happy with the pace for the effort. Mi 21 Avg. 7:18 HR 152

Hey, you beat me on the mileage board! And so I shall challenge you two a mileage duel the next 2 weeks!

From Adam RW on Sat, Dec 19, 2009 at 16:10:29 from 24.10.132.131

Jeff and Clyde, Thank you. It feels great to be able to run what I want again without worrying about limping the rest of the day.

Jon, There is just something too ominous in that challenge. Considering I still have the promise to my wife not to go over 80 until after the New Year, something tells me you are going to win that challenge.

Nice run! And all before breakfast, impressive.

Nice running Adam well done.

I really think you should reconsider and accept my challenge for this week, Adam ;)
