Wow, that's a huge difference between the 2 12 mile runs. How do you like slower recovery days vs. fast days?

From Adam RW on Thu, Dec 17, 2009 at 13:19:40 from 155.101.152.103

I like the mix. Though last night was more fun this morning was more of a death march...

From Aaron Kennard on Thu, Dec 17, 2009 at 13:37:39 from 174.51.250.151

Is that because you were worn out from the day before? Or just because you were bored with the pace?

From Adam RW on Thu, Dec 17, 2009 at 13:51:44 from 155.101.152.103

I think it was a combination of recovery from the pace the night before, the stress from the previous day of work, and the interrupted sleep Tues night. Also, I've noticed that my evening runs are in general quicker than my morning runs. But when it really comes down to it, it is just a matter of not wanting to run all days hard.

Mornings are slower for me, too, at least pre-6 am.

So are the shorter blogs because you are an old man now? 4:41am

Have a wonderful day! Miss you, Mom

No I want to be like Jon. If he can do one line or less and have nearly 200 hits I think I can give it a try as well. However, I need to get my mileage just that much higher to do it. I think I'll go back to my wordy ways today... In my old age I'm getting senile and can't remember what I already said so I have to say it twice :)
