So far so good. Last night was a little restless but I slept in an extra hour to make up for it. Then instead of running into work, I went straight to work and worked for four hours before heading out. This allowed me to run in the sunlight and slightly warmer weather, both nice. I just did an out and back to City Creek.

I am blogging on this site again. Let's take bets as to how long I keep it up this time before quitting....I say 3 weeks! I published my mileage back to the beginning of this week, but I'm not going to go back further than that because it will take too long.

Are you still being coached? Maybe this will actually give us a reason to keep in touch more than once every three months... Have a great weekend.

What you going to be doing in April? I heard there is a marathon on the 17th... With you training at sea level and then making the trek up to my elevation I might have a chance of beating you. Sounds like incentive to me!

No plans for April right now....I don't know if I'll be marathon ready by then, and I will still have classes. But it might be nice to try to run together for at least part of the race (until I easily pull away). When would I have to make my decision?

Not being coached right now. For the time being, I'm just trying to get in miles and then doing workouts once or twice a week. The structure is pretty loose because I just want to build base over the winter.
