Final long run prior to NYC. Now starts the taper.

Also, this run is a significant mark in my running.
2nd ever 100+ mile week (Mon - Sun).
Prior one was the summer I moved to Utah in 2006!!!

Really happy with this training cycle.
I ,ight be much slower than I once was, but am happy to have got in the mileage.

Nice work, Adam. I have explicitly told my wife never to let me attempt an 100 mile races or Iron Mans. I leave those to the talented and insane :-) The 100-mile week, though more manageable is still quite something.

I see you are running London in 2020. Pretty cool!

Yes, London is on deck after my biggest challenge to date, this is how to raise $20K for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I officially start my fundraising after NYC, but will need as much publicity as possible. I will post a "race report" to kick off the fundraising. As a leukemia survivor, I want to give back and felt this was the best way...
