Very happy about this run. One of my fastest for this distance in about 4 years. Helped to be on a flat path, having a number of people out doing workouts, and breaking in my first racing flats in a long time... Aptly named for my personality :)

Hi All, Thanks for the support. It is great to be doing workouts again. After so many years off I had almost given up hope getting back into it.

JD, glad you caught that one. When Steve Hooper gave me a list of of recommendations I almost didn't have to look up the reviews and just go by name. Good marketing at Saucony.

Eugene, when does fall start here again?!?! That 90F run last night was nuts. Roll Tide!

Jon, Hopefully you can "unretire" soon as well. I really would like one more marathon under 3... Then even complete a 100-miler, much less win one!

Tom, I like your pace per pound assessment of running :)
