Not sure if it was the late night workout or the fact that I still worked two hours after the run but I had a horrible time getting to sleep last night and had to be in by ~6am this morning... I was feeling it. Commute run in.

Naked? say what?

It was just such a refreshing morning and I was so tired I didn't realize I forgot to get dressed :)

For a Garmin obsessed person like myself naked is with no watch or HR...

Did I tell you I'm now interviewing for faculty positions... Finally moving up in the world!

Adam, awesome, that's great to hear, keep me posted! Would love to have you here at USU but I don't know what if any positions we have in your area right now. I hope you can get a position not too far from us. remember not to go naked to those interviews btw!

every time i run in the dark (most mornings), i run naked. the watchless kind of naked, that is.

good job getting your commute run in despite the rough night of sleep.

There is really no reason for me to wear the Garmin for 90% of my runs as I so often run the same loops. I mainly do it out of curiosity for the HR etc.
