AM: Watched another gold/WR by Phelps, truly amazing!!! I did not stay up and missed the meteor shower last night. After setting some stuff up in lab did a inner SH loop and a stop at home on the way back. Timed it perfect to catch Sandra and Kaitlyn for a block of their walk. Mi 9-R3 Avg. 8:28

PM: Not much to the day. Parley's loop from home. Now time to watch Phelps make world history. Mi 7-R2 Avg. 8:32

I watched Phelps too. He's truly amazing. I stayed up too late and watched the Men's Gymnastics and I paid for it this morning.

ummm...do you mean you paid for it by having your man card taken away from you? LOL!! Just kidding. One of my favorite Olympic moments was when Trent Dimas stuck his landing on the highbar in '92.

Hey Adam, thanks. How are things? What is your running availability like during the week?

From Adam RW on Wed, Aug 13, 2008 at 13:25:04

During the week is tougher with my work schedule, I normally run when I can after setting up an experiment. My evening runs are more regular (~7-7:30 start). Tonight I'll be running 10 miles at that time. All that being said if you want to try and meet during the week give me a call and we can set something up.
