Ok day. Commute run in. Not too much to report but the knee did not feel that great running in this morning. I am not too surprised as I have been using it again. So I will tread cautiously...

Thanks for the comment on the SL 1/2 - I'll go check out your race reports. When are we going to see you back on the scene?

Just for old times sake... take a second today and remember all the good times from del Sol - funny stuff!

Dave, Thanks for the smile. That year, especially that race, is some of my best running memories ever. I sure hope to be back soon but I do not think I will "race" this year no matter what. Every time I think I have made a step forward it seems like I take two steps back... My wife is running the SL1/2, it will be her first. She is taking the running crown of the household since I've been slacking... In any case I'll be there at the finish to cheer you in.

I'll see you there buddy. Enjoy all the other stuff -family, extra time, work(?)- while you can, I guess!

Looking forward to it.

For some sick reason I do enjoy work. I wouldn't be in my career path if I didn't. I have also made an extra effort to enjoy family time. Especially since the birth of my second daughter. I even take at least one day off a week now :)... But I would like to be running without pain again.
