This has been a long work week. Each night I've had to work some... The PT continues to be in the evenings and just sticking with these small runs. My knee did fell a little more tight this morning. Just my commute run and then some stretching in the lecture hall.

Jeff, Thank you for the note of confidence. You are a motivation that if I have patience I will still be running competitively down the road. I'm "only" 32. This morning was a bit of a set-back as my hip did hurt some... Mentally, this is truly the toughest injury I've had... Physically, it is not so bad just persistent. We'll find out more on the 24th.
