AM: More sleep but not restful. My head has been a bit too busy lately. Running is going well but trying to figure out a number of other things outside and keep momentum at work. I did a longer run in and did the full Memory Grove commute run. There were so many people out. Not sure if it was the later start or the fact that it was slightly cooler.

PM: An unplanned second run tonight. After a two week break did a SugarHouse loop with John. Good conversation and nice red sun sunset.

i definitely noticed the cooler air this morning -- it felt so nice.

great run to start off the day. my head has been spinning lately as well...even while sleeping. running seems to be the best way to shut it off...quiet, mindless, and rhythmic.

good luck with everything.

good point allie. running. mindless, quiet, rhythmic...

You both hit the nail on the head. Running can be very meditative.
