5:00 a.m. 40 minutes at gym. 20/20 elliptical/cycling. 2:30 p.m. 5 easy miles in the glorious sunshine and above the hazy smog. 48:06. Still a bit cold out, at 36 degrees. East side loop from SR 36 to Utah Ave. and 7th and back + neighborhood loop. Home early for a dental appointment. Bummer. 5:30 p.m. Lt. upper body weights 3 x 15 x 6 machines at the gym.
