| 6 miler up Middle Canyon and back in 51:56, 8 :39 average pace, with Tina and Phil. 9:00 a.m. Beautiful fall day, bit nippy, but nice. Long sleeves and shorts. The last two days are my favorite kinds of runs. Fastest mile was 7:50 coming back. Calf a bit of a problem last mile. | Add Comment |

| 6 miler at 6:00 p.m. Getting darker, but it will be worse next week after Daylight Savings Time ends. I guess I'll get used to running in the dark again. People tell me I'm always in the dark anyway. Nice run tonight up Skyline Ave. and then along the canyon rim to the mouth of Middle Canyon and home along Vine and 200 West and along 400 South to 380 West and home. Gina due back tomorrow. Bad weather also due tomorrow and Wednesday. Looking forward to the Snow Canyon 1/2 Marathon in a couple weeks in the sun, hopefully. | Add Comment |

| 6 slow miles in a blizzard at 6:00 p.m. 4 with Gina. She's quite a die-hard! Very slow, but snowed after the first mile. Nice one to get over with, then you feel great. | Add Comment |

No running today. Resting calf muscle or generally just wimping out with the cold weather. Needed a day off and had a busy night, so I just have all sorts of excuses. | Add Comment |
