5:10 a.m. run with Matt1.  Skyline Avenue route.  He's struggling to get back at it and stopped at 2 waiting for me to return from the gate.  All of this in the yuck.  Snowing and muddy road up to the gate.  I should have waited until tonight to run.  Elaine didn't show.  A bit short of 5 miles, in about 47:00. 

5 miles at 5:10 a.m. with Elaine and Matt1 (4).  Quite slow but a bit faster than usual with them.  Paul Lindsay out running this morning.  79 years old.  He's getting ready for the local 5K on the 4th of July.  He said he was giving this up a couple of years ago, but he's back at it.  Amazing!

5 mile tempo run.  Solo this morning at 5:10 a.m.  Matt1 and Elaine didn't show.  43:09 up Skyline Avenue to the gate and back via Loma Vista and Upland loops.  50 degrees.  Felt good.   In shorts, but two long sleeves was way too much.

5 miles at 5:10 a.m. very easy with Elaine. Skyline to gate and back with west loop.  Matt1 didn't show again.  Warm and windy.

5 miles at 5:10 a.m. very easy along Skyline Route.  With Elaine, Matt1 a no-show for 3 days in a row.  I know why I seem to gravitate to female running partners.  They always seem to take it  much more seriously or consistently than my gender.

5 mile easy run at 5:00 a.m. with Mike from S.F.  Introduced him to my standard 5 mile route.  He liked it except for the altitude here at 5,200 ft.  Came back and did a couple more on the TM, finishing at about 7:30 pace.  Flipping my long run to Monday with Tina.
