Personal:

Married for 44 years to a wonderful and supportive wife. She's run 2 marathons herself in our earlier years so that helps.  4 boys, all married, and 10 grandchildren.  2 sons are runners. I celebrated 39 years of running madness, insanity, or at least OCD, on August 23rd, 2021.

6:15 p.m.  5 miles in 45:25 with Thurman on the 50 W. and 150 W. alley paths, plus loop to West Elementary School and back.

6:15 p.m.  5 mile run. Westland route along Coleman down past USU extension to C&G, back to Main and Vine and home via Fairlane.  45:04, solo.

5:00 a.m.  4 mile easy run on Skyline.  Caught up with Liz and Roland and ran with them for a short while before having to turn back at my 2 mile point and the end of the asphalt.
