Personal:

Married for 44 years to a wonderful and supportive wife. She's run 2 marathons herself in our earlier years so that helps.  4 boys, all married, and 10 grandchildren.  2 sons are runners. I celebrated 39 years of running madness, insanity, or at least OCD, on August 23rd, 2021.

5:00 AM.  Gym:  Weights, 3x15x6 machines, upper body.  21 minutes cycling.  5 miles.

6:30 PM. 6 miles total. Aborted Yasso workout. Slightly tweaked my right hamstring on the 3rd 800, last turn if first lap. Ran easy after, but could tell I better not push it.

6:30 PM. 4 miles with Pickles easy on the Little Mountain double track back trail.

8:00 AM. 12 miles from SW Tooele to Stansbury, Benson Mill with Rick and Tina. 1:22 for 10 miles. Tweaked hamstring hurting at 3 then again at 8. Decent run otherwise.
