Personal:

Married for 44 years to a wonderful and supportive wife. She's run 2 marathons herself in our earlier years so that helps.  4 boys, all married, and 10 grandchildren.  2 sons are runners. I celebrated 39 years of running madness, insanity, or at least OCD, on August 23rd, 2021.

9:30 AM. St. George to Ivins. 1 mile warm up on the Tuweap Pathway. Yasso 800's at the Snow Canyon High School track. 3:32, 3:35, 3:25 with 400 recovery after each. 3+ miles home on the Lava Flow pathway plus loop in Padre Lakes. 7+ miles.

Ivins, UT. 8:45 AM. 7 miles easy in 1:05. West on 400 S. and Old Highway 91 to the Ansazi Valley trail and along the petraglyphs path and back direct past the Biggest Loser Fitness Ridge and home via 200 West. Breezy and partly sunny.
