2 miles on BYU Indoor track again today. I know I sound like a broken record now but 2 miles a day is a good step in the right direction. I ran a little faster today. First mile was 7:00 and second mile 6:25 for 13:25 total for 2 miles. Knee hurt pretty good during first mile and felt a little better during second mile. I hope that is a good sign. |
