Decent day today. Some pain at first so I thought it was going to be a bad day but by 2nd lap or so it felt a little better. Ended up running a 6:55 mile. Did lots of sit-ups (over 200) and about 100 push-ups as well. For first time had some thoughts about running a 2nd mile today but figured it is still not best to move miles up until the pain subsides a bit more. |
