Started the day late as my kitty wouldn't let me sleep; he decided he wanted to jump right on my face all night long... Ran to Justin's place to meet up with him and Rachel - she's just starting to get into exercising so we went slow and walked a bit with her... then they talked me into getting lunch in Georgetown and getting a cupcake... bad influence... So I got back home and went back out again for another 12 miles... my stomach was complaining but it did pretty well.  The muscle pain was there but it felt better after a bit.  Now I am exhausted and have a bit of a sore throat... I hope I don't get a cold!
