Six miles at lunch on the C&O Canal to Fletcher's. Can you say HOT AND MUGGY???

Finished in 52 mins, not too bad for a 91 degree day with 51% humidity. I picked up the pace to pass a girl on the way back... then got greedy and passed another girl. Then I was so tired I had to slow waaaay down. But I showed them! :)

Chicking chicks is always a good start to a great day. I wouldn't really know- I've only chicked elderly ladies.

Nice run- WOW for the weather!!

Nice run, great pace! I remember the days when I ran that fast and passed people all the time. That day will come again!

Yeah, that weather sounds pretty brutal. That's especially impressive that you were able to run so well!

You are doing great, Lucia! Sometimes, I get greedy too and then have to keep my pace up to avoid getting passed back by the same people :). It can make running fun, unless you're on a recovery run!
