Just another single 30-year old Argentine girl living the American dream in Washington DC and trying to run faster. Graduated from Southern Utah University in 2003, then moved to DC. I have a full-time job as research economist for an association in the transportation industry and I'm attempting to get my Master's degree in Economics from Johns Hopkins, part-time, while keeping my sanity!

Ran to work from home with my bigger backpack. Shins hurt a bit. 88 degrees and very, very humid!

I lost track of weekly mileage and realized this was supposed to be a taper week... so I'm going to take it easy today and tomorrow, and have maybe a 45-50-mile week.

No problem Sariah. Click on the link that says "discussion forum" (either on the top green part of the page or on the left-hand side), then click either "running" or "training review", and then on the top right side click on "new topic", enter your info, and you'll see that magically all the expert runners will give you their fabulous advice! It's like having your own personal trainer for free!
