Biked 31 miles from my house to Bethesda to celebrate my 31st birthday! It is a gorgeous sunny day here in DC, 30 degrees and a bit windy - just perfect.

Thank you all for your b-day wishes and thoughts!

AG Rocket, hum, read your entry from yesterday. Happy Birthday a day late. I think we can mildly seek a mate if we look in the right places and have an open soul. I do believe in a sole mate, not a soul mate. Do what you love with people who love the same. A sole mate maybe become that special sout mate.

Stay Kool, B of BS Rool soul

Happy Birthday Lucia!!

You will love your 30's, actually you will love your 40's too. You still have plenty of time to find "that someone special" and have kids - if that is what is supposed to happen. I am happier now than I have ever been in my life (and my special someone is very good looking, intelligent, and a very good friend; we did not meet until I was in my late 30's).

You have lots of people who love and cherish you, that is what matters!
