8:22 average pace. Great workout today! Got started a little before 6am and it was much cooler(at least if felt that way). Legs felt great. I felt great. Ran 4 very slow, then 2 miles fast--first 1 6:51, then 6:45, two more slow miles, one more fast in 6:42, 1 more slow to cool down. Third fast mile felt easier than the first two. Maybe I always need to warm up 8 miles :) First 60-mile + week ever! Nothing hurts, not sore, feel great! |
