First aquajog, 5 minute warm up, 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 minute intervals hard with one minute easy recoveries, 5 minute cool down. 100 yards adjusting goggles. 500 tired yards in 10:28. 50 kickboard. 2 x 50 in 52 seconds. Done. About a 60 minute workout when it was all said and done. |
