Mishel's home. 5:30 a.m. Ladies who joined Mishel and I were Angela and Marianne the new lady in the neighborhood. She ran and met us on our street. It was VERY foggy this morning so it made it hard to breath and do the work out to it's fullest potential. Mishel and I ran ahead of the other ladies to keep up a good pace. We are thinking of working on some speed this Friday so keeping the pace up, as Mishel would say, "No walking." We ran the usual route and made a L turn where the road bends and you go on gravel road. Then we took a steep hill up and back around near the highschool. There we met up with the other ladies. We kept the lead though on the way back. Mishel pushed again but it was good pace even though I wanted to slow down.

TT: 50:04  Distance on my GPS was 5.5 but we really did about 5.7, my gps didn't calculate right away. TT is according to 5.5. distance and so are the rest of the splits and averages.

Avg: 9:02   Max: 7:05

Splits: 11:19 (whew! That is horrible!), 8:58, 8:46, 8:27, 8:15, 7:58 (I love how we got WAY faster

Way to go Anya! 11:19 isn't real, that's where the extra .2 goes, so its 11:19 for 1.2, or really like a 9:xx average, so nothing to freak about! That happens alllll the time when the Garmin doesn't calculate right away. You ran so fast!
