Sheri's home. 6:00 a.m. Mishel and I carpooled to Shari's home in my car. It was cloudy this morning so it made it hot and humid on our run. Everyone else who were going to run bailed last minute for the run. It was only Sheri, Mishel, and I but we had a great run! We ran from her newly graveled road and went down to the main street and turned Left instead of R and did a loop in the area. It was on nice country roads the whole time and you could smell the fresh smell of cows...hahaha! I actually don't mind it though! There were cars and trucks that kept passing us so we had to move over to different areas of the road when they passed us depending on what why they were heading. We had some rolling hills which made the run difficult. We also ran on some loose gravel and that felt like running on sand. I was tired from yesturday's run as well. Good run though. Mishel kept the lead. I stayed back with Sheri most of the time but then caught up with Mishel near the end. Mishel was giving us a hard time for not keeping up. I just didn't want to push it as hard today but ended up going faster at the end. Great run! I ready was sweating!
