Mishel's house. 6:30 a.m. I had to think this run through and make sure I wanted to get up this early on a Sunday morning but decided to since we had to start earlier because we are going to Black Bear for Breakfast with the mother in law. So I wanted to keep Mishel company especially since she was running 20 miles today and didn't want her to do the long first stretch alone. We ran from our home up Lemon tree, to the road that connects to Sheri's Rd, ran past her house and kept going on the country Rds (It would be turning a L if we had started from Sheri's place), went to the blinking light but then made a L there I believe. We both actually felt pretty good. It was just the first hill in the beginning that got us! We had to warm up and were out of breath from the first gradual hil. We ran to another blinking light and made a L there to June's Rd. 400. That was longer than we thought and there were some rolling hills involved. The whole distance was almost a mile longer than Mishel had anticipated. We were both very tired on that last mile on June's Rd. From there I was done because I had parked my car there so I could drive home. Mishel and June kept going to Enumclaw Starbucks to meet up with the rest. Mishel was very happy I joined her on the first stretch as she said it would have been really hard be herself. It was also dark when we started. I took some of Mishel's belongings home that she didn't need. Very happy with run! Great mileage and no pain!!! I didn't take any gus just gave one to MIshel because she needed some caffeine. I just used some special powder energy in my water.
