I grew up running track in grade school.  Switched to road racing and recently triathlon.

1500m - 4:48

3000m - 10:40

10km - 38:58

Half Marathon - 1:35:23

Sprint Tri - 1:21:38

Short-Term Running Goals:

I just had my third baby 2 weeks ago.  So short term goals are to get back to running, period.

Walk jogged for 0:35:50 today.  Walked for 3, jogged for 2.  For the first round of running, my calf/Achilles felt sore which worried me, but it loosened up.  My groin and lower abs are sore, but thats not surprising given I just had a baby.  Other than that, I felt good.

Biked 13.8 miles today to mix it up.  Took an hour and two minutes.  Really slow and weak.  But it was great to get on my bike again.

Walked for 3, ran for 2 again for 35 minutes.  Ran a little faster than last time.  No pain, felt good other than my obvious lack of endurance and muscle mass.  I'll be adding a minute of running next week.
