First day of school for the kids so I have to get in the habit of starting my run 2 hours earlier. Started with 3 easy miles then made an attempt at a tempo run. I only planned on 3 miles at tempo pace because it has been so long since I have done anything resembling speed work. The pace was definitely slower than what I wanted but it is what I expected (6:41, 6:34, 6:34). It felt good to get the legs moving. I have a long way to go to get where I want to be. |
