Crossfit: All arms today mixed in with 3 six minute runs (cycle 1: dumb bell hammer curls, dumb bell shoulder presses, bar presses; cycle 3: TRX curls, TRX T's, TRX tricep presses; cycle 5: band curls, band rows, band presses). While it was a workout, it was not nearly as hard as some of the other days. I feel kind of dumb struggling through all of the regular exercises then blasting through the runs. |
