Late start so I had to shorten the run (sounding like a broken record).  Legs felt really good during the run.  That always seems to happen when I don't have enough time for a full run.

Good, solid run.  Maintained a good pace throughout the run.  Legs felt a little heavy and felt like they were hitting the gound harder than normal but everything else was good.  So much more fun to run in this kind of weather.

Instead of speedwork this week I decided to get in some hills.  Ran from home up to Bountiful Blvd.  Tried to maintain a decent effort going up but I didn't end up pushing as hard as I should have.  My right leg did not feel very strong.  There is a defninte muscle imbalance. Did alright coming back down/

The goal for today was to find a pace and maintain it for the entire run.  First mile came in at 7:20 so I decided to hold that for the rest of the way.  My internal speedometer has been out of whack and I am trying to reset it.  Every mile was within 2 seconds of the goal except for the 5th.  I had a hard time getting back into a groove after the turnaround point and found myself running a little fast.  Effort felt good.  A couple of times my pace creeped down to 7:10 and it felt better than the 7:20.  I guess 7:20 is not a very natural pace for me.

Here is my public service announcement for the week.  I have posted my Garmin Connect report below.  You now know where I ran, what time I ran and can probably figure out where my house is based on the starting and stopping point.  If I do this enough times, you will be able to figure out a pattern of my activities and where I will be at certain times.  We all like to see details of each others workouts but please be careful.
