Very uneventful run. Ran out 7.5 miles, turned around and ran home. Legs are tired but felt good. My shoulders are extremely tight for some reason.
Total Time: 1:56:47 (7:47/mile)

Sounds like you need some yoga! :)

I'm sure me attempting anything remotely resembling yoga would result in an injury.

We need to have a harem/yoga/intervention lunch! :)

Oh, that was a very NICE uneventful MLR!
And I'm sure our very own aspiring PT could work on your tight shoulder before or after yoga. You know it's good for you!

Your shoulders are likely tight because you are stressed for me!!! How thoughtful! ;)

Nice training, and props on the harem.

Sounds perfect with no mention of achiles pain. Yay.

Uneventful is a very good thing at this point. Once I was finished, it didn't even feel like I had run at all. I just need to avoid getting too excited so that I don't over do it and re-aggravate the achilles.
It is true. Stressing for the past 2 weeks about Teena going to Boston finally caught up to me.
